  1. Awesome photos and thank you so much for participating! Looks like you're doing some hardcore recovery (which you need with all your training)! And that sweet puppy face! I am all about foam rolling for recovery but I am so bad about doing it...which means I should probably go foam roll now. :)

  2. I have the same foam roller- it hurts so good! ProCompression is also necessary for recovery! Your pup is so cute just looking at that face would make me feel better :)

    1. I love/hate that foam roller! That's the Monster. She feels like she needs to be involved in any recovery activity on the floor (rolling, stretching, yoga). Active member of the recovery team.

  3. Had to mimic Wordless Wednesday since I love the idea! Also regarding compression socks do you using them during or post run? Been debating on getting a pair and still not sure.

    1. I use compression socks mostly for recovery, but I do wear them during trail runs because they help prevent scratches and itchiness from running through brush. I really enjoy them for recovery. They help with my calf recovery and foot swelling.
